Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with experience in the non-profit and/or affordable housing sector to support financial reporting, fund accounting, reconciliations, and audit preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
  • Perform bank, cash, AR, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Coordinate audit schedules, workpapers, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain fixed asset records and reconcile activity to the general ledger
  • Assist with fund accounting and financial analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of accounting experience in non-profit and/or affordable housing
  • Strong general ledger, reconciliation, and financial reporting experience
  • Audit and year-end close experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
